With more than two decades of experience in development sector and focused approach on training & Capacity Building domain made us performer in the sector for keeping the essence of quality training with set output and continuous learning approach. In the journey we have set some milestones on developing micro entrepreneurs with strong pre and post follow up with call centre support which transformed into business. The journey comply with some legal obligation of the country to follow and respect with gave birth of TGT Global. The company came into existence in 2016 after gaining a rich experience in training & Capacity building domain with some sound business proximity and created strong network of partners for business continuity to grow and scale. We are working on complete value chain of livestock based livelihood with time tested modules for various stakeholders in the whole value chain and project management unit (PMU) and build vision to young professionals how a development project and manage its operations has been developed and implemented in a stepwise manner with set output of each activity/sub activity.

Technical Support with Training & Capacity Building
As a national technical training cum resource agency we provide technical support to PMU’s and provide support for training & Capacity Building to various levels of stakeholders in a timeline and phase wise manner with required accessories like tools and equipment by incorporating the field level major issues and tested solutions. The support ranges from a development organization, CSR, District Admin to SRLM’s and manage the assignments in a professional manner with quality output.

Ujjval Kumar Sarcar, MD
Sanjeev Kumar, Director
Mr. Ujjval Sarkar is an Agriculture & Management postgraduate and has been with the organization since the early stage. He has been nominated as Managing Director. He had been leading the major organization management process and system setting work to upscale and deepen the impact and develop a culture of excellence.
An Agriculture Graduate from BHU and Post postgraduate in Livestock Production & Management from National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI), Karnal, Mr. Kumar took the responsibility of converting organization ideas into action on the ground. He has been providing management support to the organization as Director. He has over 15 years of experience in grass root development action work and guiding and mentoring professionals in the sector.

A Postgraduate in Science with over 35 years of experience, he has been nominated to the Board of Directors to represent the organization. Associated since the early stage, he has been looking after grassroots quality monitoring work and supporting teams to have people focus on the program.
A Post Graduate with a Certificate Course in Ethno-Veterinary from TDU. Mr. Gupta has over 11 years of experience in the Development Sector and managing partnership & capacity-building programs in the TGT Group of Organizations since 2015.

Mr. Singh has completed an M.Sc. in Animal Genetics & Breeding from SHUATS and currently working with TGT Global as Manager Training & Field level Partner Support.
Dr. Kumar Veterinary Graduate (B.V.Sc.-AH) from a reputed institute in South India has more than 6 years of experience in the development sector with expertise in Artificial Insemination & Breeding Management in small ruminants.

Mr. Chowdhury a Graduate of Mechanical Engineering with over 30 years of experience in the development field and associated with Tthe GT Group of Organizations since 2017 as a Partnership Expert.
Mr. Dharmendra associated with the TGT Group of Organizations since 2014 as Goat based Livelihood Program implementation & Community Livestock Business Center (CLBC) expert.

Md. Salman is a Post Graduate of Commerce & LLB from Lucknow University with over 10 years experience in the Account & Finance sector.
Suraj Kumar, Asst. Manager
Mr. Kumar associated with TGT Global since 2016 and managing the supply & procurement of the Company. He completed a Certificate Course in Livestock Business Management (C-LBM) from the International Institute of Goat Management (C-LBM).
