Training Programmes

TGT Global offer different types of training program related to Small Ruminants based Value Chain. To till date we've trained over than 5000 rural youths & development professionals through different training programs. 

Orientation of Young Professionals 

Vision building with orientation of Young Professional on livelihood scenario and pattern in India with implementation process in stepwise manner and understand the output of each activity and overall impact of the project.

Training on Ethno-Veterinary Practices 

Indian livestock farming especially small livestock like goat, backyard poultry has inherent advantage of natural farming process with least use of chemicals and synthetic materials and promote organic livestock production concept

Training on Community based Micro Leasing 

Building assets of poor livestock farmer's through financial intermediation had been one of critical support required to ensure livelihoods. Micro leasing (Shared farming or Batai) had been most preferred traditional system of livestock asset acquisition.

Training of Community Livestock Manager (CLM)

CLM plays a vital role in the operation, providing essential assistance and encouragement to Pashu Sakhies. Our training Programme equips Rural Youth, who have completed 10th or 12th grade, with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in this role. By empowering them through this training, we not only support them in their work as CLMs but also enable them to establish their own ventures, securing their livelihoods. To date, we've successfully trained over 1000 CLMs.

Training on Planning & Management: Community Livestock Business Center

Livestock Business is one of the largest livelihoods source in India. As a business,  it  requires  certain  input and services  on  regular  basis  which  provides  business  opportunity  for  collective  business by the community.

Training on Commercial Goat Farming
